If you are interested in theater or film, check out this group! We are involved in a variety of events throughout the parish, and some of our activities are purely for fun. Participants in the group may choose activities according to their own interests and schedules. Upcoming projects that are in development stages include outings to theater events and movie nights at the parish.
Our largest production is the Passion Play, which is a dramatic presentation of the gospel reading at each Palm Sunday Mass. This powerful presentation involves lighting, sound, costumes, and a number of actors. Rehearsals take place during the six weeks before Palm Sunday.
Our group is co-directed by John Dzwonkowski and Patsy Girnys. We schedule planning meetings and rehearsals on an as needed basis.
