Being an Usher is a great way to serve Mass attendees. Ushers are the "go-to" persons who help with doors and lighting, greeting and seating people, assisting the handicapped, taking the collection, distributing bulletins, and assisting with special needs as they occur. In performing these services, Ushers become very familiar with the flow of the Mass. Talk about a hands-on way to learn your faith!
What is the Time Commitment?
Your time commitment as an Usher can be as little, or as often, as you are available. You can choose to be a regularly-assigned or periodically-assigned Usher at the weekend Masses and/or Thursday 7:00 p.m. Mass. You can also be on-call as a substitute.
